Sorry to hear you are looking to return, but before you do....
Have you considered minimising waste and the travel of your return? If your item is still in great condition- have you considered selling locally using your local free marketplace? It's a great way to help minimise returns and your carbon footprint.
If it's faulty, can you fix it?
Returning an item costs on average 181g of CO2, you can help reduce this. Think before returning. Is there a more sustainable way you can re-use the item, donate to a friend or sell in a local marketplace such as Facebook or Vinted?
The cost of a return through our portal is £4.99, we do not receive a single penny of this return cost as this goes directly to the portal provider and courier service.

If you are not completely satisfied with your internet purchase from Ruffles Bexley, please return the item(s) to be received in their original condition*, in line with our returns period.
Please return within 14 days of receiving your item.
* Returned items should be unworn, unwashed, in sellable condition with tags and ribbons attached If items received by us shown signs of being worn, washed, used, or are in an otherwise sellable condition without a secure ribbon attached, a refund will not be issued and the item(s) will be returned back to you.
When returning any item(s) please allow up to 14 days from the date the item is received for your credit to be processed. Your order will be refunded in full minus return postage.
Non Returnable Items
All SALE items are non-returnable, we do this to reduce waste.
Any items that have been worn, label and ribbons removed, or has any makeup, deodorant or perfume marks.
Any bespoke items, printed or customised.
We strive to ensure that garments reach you in excellent condition. However, if you do find that you have received a faulty garment, or the wrong item has been sent to you please use the returns page to begin the returns process.
We can only offer returns and refunds to the person who originally purchased the gift/ item.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we strongly recommend that you send the parcel using the returns portal delivery service, it costs you £4.99 and insures you for the value of the goods, and gives you proof of delivery. The cost of returning the item to us is £4.99 - we do not make any profits from using this returns service.
Returns that are posted back to us with no postage cost / incorrect postage cost paid may be subject to a processing delay and a refund deduction equal to the amount paid by us to receive the return.
