Refund & Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your internet purchase, please return the item(s) to be received in their original condition*, in line with our returns period. During the lockdown and uncertainty of Covid-19 items returned within 14 days will be accepted and exchanged for a credit note of the same value.
Please be kind and bear in mind we are a small boutique business ran by just two Mother's with two members of staff. For this very short period NO cash refunds can be offered but free exchange (at a cost of return) and credit notes are offered as a resolution to saving our business and livelihoods. We fully appreciate all the support from our customers.
* Returned items should be unworn, unwashed, in sellable condition with tags and ribbons attached If items received by us shown signs of being worn, washed, used, or are in an otherwise sellable condition without a secure ribbon attached, a refund will not be issued and the item(s) will be returned to you.
When returning any item(s) please allow 14 days from the date the item is received for your credit to be processed.
Non Returnable Items
Any items that have been worn, label and ribbons removed, or has any makeup , deodorant or perfume marks.
We strive to ensure that garments reach you in excellent condition. However, if you do find that you have received a faulty garment, or the wrong item has been sent to you please contact customer services email@example.com.

Please enclose a copy of invoice for our reference when returning an item to speed up the refund process.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we strongly recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, and obtain a proof of delivery certificate from the Post Office. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Returns that are posted back to us with no postage cost / incorrect postage cost paid may be subject to a processing delay and a refund deduction equal to the amount paid by us to receive the return.
